Rice Noodles(Chinese) with Chicken Teriyaki

Being a die hard Chinese cuisine fan. It was time to prepare something more than the regular items. I bought a packet of rice noodles to go with my chicken teriyaki . This is plain simple and easy recipe.
I hope you like it.



Serves- 4
Preparation time- 10 minutes
cooking time- 10  minutes.
Total time - 20 minutes
Level of difficulty- easy

Ingredients:

  • Rice noodles- 300 gms
  • Hot water(High temperature)
  • Onion- 1, sliced
  • Shredded vegetables of your choice
  • Spring onion- chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for cooking 
Preparation:
  • Soak the rice noodles in hot  boiling water for 10 minutes. After the noodles turn soft  drain the water. sprinkle some spring onion and salt . leave it aside.
  • In a pan heat 2 Tbsp of oil. At high flame add in the onion and vegetables of your choice. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until the veggies are just done.
  • Add the rice noodles, stir until everything gets mixed well.
  • Turn off the heat and serve.
