I have always been a great lover of east Asian foods. Recently i came to know about this saucy dish called as chicken teriyaki. Its so much flavorful that its almost hard to resist. I paired it with some rice noodles and to my grace it came out really superb. So enjoy this teriyaki recipe.

Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast pieces- 500 g(do not cut it)
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
- All purpose flour for dusting
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper
- Green chillies
- Onion-1 , chopped
- Spring onion
- Garlic minced-1 Tbsp
- Ginger minced- 1 Tbsp
- Soy sauce- 3 Tbsp
- chilli sauce as per taste
- Tomato sauce- 1 Tsp
- Sugar- 2 Tsp
- Water
Preparation:
- Wash and clean the chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Add the ginger garlic paste and mix well. Dust the chicken breast pieces with all purpose flour.
- In a pan heat 2 Tbsp of oil. Place the chicken over the pan and let it cook until it stops sticking to the pan and can be flipped easily. Flip onto other side and cook until it is covered with nice golden brown colour. Once done, take out the chicken, let it cool off a little. Now slice the chicken breasts into strips.
- In the same pan add a tsp of oil. Heat the oil and put the minced ginger and garlic. Add the onions too. saute until onions are translucent. At this point add all the sauce and water, let this come to boil. Now add the chicken pieces and in low flame let this cook for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add the sugar in the end , wait until it melts and caramelize the chicken. Adjust the salt and pepper, turn off the heat.
Your chicken teriyaki is now absolutely ready to be served. Serve it hot with anything you like.
