Ingredients:
Brinjal- 2 medium in size
Gram flour(Besan) - 250 gms
Salt - As per taste
Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tea spoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Oil - for frying
Tomato ketchup
Water - 1 cup
Method:
- Slice the brinjal into thick pieces somewhat little less than the thickness of regular bread.
- Now make thick paste out of gram flour , salt and all masala.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan
- once the oil gets heated coat each slices of the brinjal with the gram flour paste
- Deep fry the coated brinjals.
- Serve it hot with Tomato ketchup or green chutney
Your Baigini or brinjal dumplings are ready to serve.......................
