Ingredients:
- Dry Grated coconut or - 1 cup
- Milk powder- 3/4 cup
- Sugar- 3 Tbsp or as per taste
- Milk- 1/2 cup Luke warm
- Cardamom powder- 1/2 Tsp or crushed green cardamom- 5 to 6 pods
- Pistachios crushed for garnishing
- Saffron for Garnishing
Direction:
- Bring together coconut, Milk powder, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Now add milk little by little just to make the mixture moist such that it can be combined together in a 1/2 inch ball.
- Prepare 1/2 inch ball out of the mixture.
- Garnish your ladoos with saffron and pistachios.
And your ladoos are ready to be served. Serve them immediately and the leftovers can be stored in refrigerator . Enjoy and happy cooking :-)
