I have always been fascinated by the pictures of meat balls lying over spaghetti. I never tried it with meat because of so many reason but then i realized i can simply do it with the chicken itself as chicken being low fat this would be better. I quickly went through the recipes of usual meat balls and then i knew how i was going to make it in Asian style with a little Indian touch to it.
Meat balls are often prepared with minced beef or with minced pork or with the combination of two or three meats. My idea to prepare sauce was to use half of the regular ingredients like tomato paste and pulps while for the other half i added the Asian sauces and chilly paste. This fusion came out very well and i just loved the over all texture, colour and taste of my sauce.
My 18 months old kid was like in total love with meat balls and i was very happy about it.
I hope you like my Asian-American fusion of meat balls.
