I know its long time since i have been back on my blog. But this time i bring to you a wonderful recipe of Prawn, which is known as Prawn-65. Chicken 65 is more popular but i must say that prawn-65 is none the less in taste. This is quite a simple recipe and also a quick one.

Ingredients:
- Prawns - 250 g
- Salt
- Turmeric powder- 1 Tsp+ 1 Tsp
- Corn flour- 1 Tsp
- All purpose flour- 2 Tsp
- Red chilly powder- 1 Tsp
- Garam masala powder- 1 Tsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 Tsp
- Pepper powder- 1 Tsp
- Curry Leaves
- oil for frying
Direction:
- Wash the prawns with turmeric powder and salt. and Devin the prawns. In a pan add the prawns and wait until all the water is released by them. Once the water is released turn off the heat and drain the water.
- Now we will marinade the prawn. Add the salt, turmeric,curry leaves, garam masala powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilly, all purpose flour and corn flour. Mix well and leave aside for 10 minutes.
- Now heat oil in medium heat. Add the prawns and fry them in batches until they turn golden brown in colour. Once they are golden brown take out on kitchen towel.
Enjoy your Prawn 65 with sauce.
