Happy Mothers Day to everyone. This is my mother and mother-in-laws favorite sweet dish. I dedicate this recipe to both my mother. Its a very famous sweet dish of India. Enjoy .

Ingredients:
- Carrot- 500 g
- Milk- 150 ml
- Butter- 2 Tbsp
- Khoya or Khoa - 400 g( Dried milk)
- Sugar- as per taste
- Cardamom
- Dry fruits of your choice
Preparation:
- Grate the carrot.
- Boil the carrot in a pressure cooker by adding milk and 2 Tbsp of water in low heat until twice the pressure is released.
- In a pan heat butter and fry the carrot until the water is reduced to 70%.
- Add sugar, dry fruits and khoa . Stir well and remove from heat.
Serve and enjoy !!!!
