As i told in my previous post i really like stuffed bittergourd. Here it is. This is the recipe of stuffed bitter gourd. It is boiled and then spiced which is later on stir fried. I know like me there are so many out there who love this stuffed bitter gourd. For all the bitter gourd fan's out there.

Cooking time- 10 to 15 minutes
Total time- 35 minutes

Ingredients:
- Bitter gourd or karela- 2 medium size, halved
- Tomato- 1 ,chopped
- Turmeric powder- 1Tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 Tbsp
- Cumin powder- 1 Tsp
- Aam chur powder- 1 tsp
- Onion- 1 , chopped
- Garlic- 3 cloved, chopped
- oil for cooking
- salt as per taste.
- Chilly- as per taste(Optional)
Preparation:
- Boil the bitter gourd by adding little salt in the water until the bitter gourd gets cooked. Such that if you put a fork or knife inside, it must go easily. Once done cool the karela's or bitter gourd. Scrap out the inner most part and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat 2 Tbsp of oil, add the onion and garlic, saute until onion turns translucent.
- Now add the tomato, salt ,the scraped bitter gourd and all other spices, fry until oil oozes out .
- Turn off the heat once masala is ready. Now fill in the karela's with this masala.
- Heat another 1 Tbsp of oil in a pan and fry this stuffed bitter gourd until the outside skin of bitter gourd looks golden brown.
- Once done turn off the heat and serve.
Enjoy along with rice or chapati.

Yes, I like stuffed bitter gourd too. This is like the most perfect fried goodies and I can imagine the popped up flavors and eating them right after the frying process is heavenly.
