Schezwan Chicken Noodles

How about having a schezwan noodles to refresh up your evening. For making this noodles you need to have schezwan sauce with you. You can either prepare this sauce at home or you can easily find the sauce in the market. I paired this noodles with chicken and few other vegetables like broccoli, mushroom , carrot and french beans.
You can always add the vegetables and meat of your choice for this noodles.

Serves- 4
Preparation time- 5 minutes
Cooking time- 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Noodles- 250 g
  • chicken breast- 400 g, sliced into thin strips
  • Oil for cooking
  • Onion- 1 large, sliced
  • Green chillies- 2 sliced
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, chopped
  • Ginger- 1 inch, chopped
  • Mushroom- 100g, cut into quarters
  • Broccoli- 200 g, florets separated
  • French beans- 150 gm, chopped
  • Carrot- 1 large, chopped
  • Schezwan sauce.
  • Sal as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • Oil for cooking
  • Soy sauce- 1 Tbsp
  • Tomato sauce- 1 Tsp
  • Oyster sauce- 1 Tsp

Directions:
  • Boil noodles as per packet instruction.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a wok. Add the chicken , salt and pepper and cook until its done. once done keep aside the chicken.
  • In the same wok heat 1 Tbsp of oil . Add the green chillies, onion, garlic and ginger. Saute until onions are just tender. 
  • Add the french beans and carrot. Add salt and cook until french beans and carrots are tender.
  • Now add the broccoli and mushroom. cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in between.
  • Once the broccoli is tender add the noodles and the remaining ingredients. Add the fried chicken too.
  • At last check for seasoning, adjust salt and pepper and you are done.
Serve hot and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
